- What does it cost?
- Nothing for organizers. Players pay a $2 service fee on top of your price, shown as one all-in price. Set an $8 game and players see “$10 to play”. You get the full $8 per player.
- What happens when the game is full?
- Players can join the waitlist with a card hold, not a charge. If someone cancels, the next person gets the spot and is charged automatically. Everyone else's hold is released.
- What if not enough people sign up?
- You set a minimum and a deadline, like 10 players by 24 hours before kickoff. If it isn't met, Pitchin cancels the game and refunds everyone in full. You never pay for a field nobody shows up to.
- What if a player cancels?
- Before your deadline they get a full refund and their spot goes to the waitlist. After the deadline, they're only refunded if someone from the waitlist takes their spot.
- How do I get paid?
- Through Stripe, the same payments company behind Lyft and Shopify. You connect your bank once, and payouts arrive automatically.
